In this speech, don't have rule. We studied many speech skills and rule. It may be not correct answer. First, we are not native speakers. So we don't clear speak english. So we use little script. Many famous korean politicians use script. Korea president guen hye park and speak english best of president dae jung kim use to script in u.s.a parliament speech. But we will study english hard. We will not use script. Second, speech is most important confidence and make comfortable to audience. Maybe, if you will good make scrip&speech topic, but you don't have confidence. It is not good speech, this similar is, foreigner came to you. They speak korean "how to get there." This situation, we understand them. Same things We speak confidence speech. Foreigner understand to our. Third, focus. speech is focus. May be we must say that slelecting one. Because you must obey many speech rules. It can be bored. Good speech is stimulation to audience emotions and many politicians opinion include power. Forexample winston churchill is very famous politician in uk. But he doesn't obey speech rule. He has not good speech skills. But he has many famous speech. Because he speech very short and include power and impact in his speech.
