Eating vegetables has many healthful advantages. For instance, delaying aging skin improvement, eye sight improvement and strengthening one's level of immunity. On the other hand, meats also have many nutrients that help people body. While meats have too much cholesterol and fat so it causes obesity and various adult ailments.
Also, Eating vegetables contributes to environment conservation. To eat wile mushrooms or wile edible greens, we have to preserve mountains and forests. Furthermore, because people plant vegetables to eat, it helps the environment because greens inhale carbon dioxide and exhale oxygen. On the contrary, eating meat ruins the environment. According to one report by the FAO[United Nations Food and Agriculture Organization], the most important factor of global warming is carbon dioxide and methane from livestock that are raised to eat by people.
Finally, eating vegetables helps to solve huger problems. According to Jeremy Rifkin,(The author of 'Beyound Beef'), one third of global cereal is eaten by livestock. Thus, if American people reduce meat intake, about 100 million more people can receive food.
